Protection Policy

Your report will be treated in complete confidence.
We will undoubtedly restore the original state or offer compensation equivalent
to it if you experience any negative effects as a result of the informant's
identity being revealed.

The informant's information is strictly managed as confidential and is reviewed by
group personnel officers before being reported to auditors.
Personnel officers and auditors are obliged to pledge confidentiality regarding
the reported information.
If the informant experiences any negative consequences as a result of the report,
we will rectify the situation or take compensatory measures equivalent to it.
An anonymous reporting option is available due to the Ethics Hotline's secure security system.
